Pam

Treatment Coordinator

Before patients meet with Dr. Sankey, Pam greets the patient and family and takes them on a tour of our office. She makes sure they are comfortable and gets to know each visitor individually while discussing their orthodontic needs. Pam has been with Dr. Sankey since 2000 and enjoys the compassion of orthodontics and how a beautiful smile can impact a patient’s self-esteem and personality. She also brings tremendous knowledge of orthodontics and the dental field in general. Pam has a full life outside the office, with a husband of 40 years, Mike, and their busy dog Bella. Their adult children, Natalie and Shane, are both married and live in the DFW area. They LOVE family time, especially with their 4 grandchildren Brynn, Grant, Luke, and Elliott.


Amber

Financial/ Insurance Coordinator

Amber is trusted to manage our patient accounts from a financial and insurance perspective. She works hard on the business side of our practice so that everyone else can concentrate on excellent orthodontic care.  Amber is very caring with our patients and their families. She is determined to always find the best way to fit the cost of orthodontic care into every family’s budget and find every dime available to them from insurance companies.Amber worked in the general dentistry field for 15 years prior to joining our team in 2014 and brings a great knowledge of insurance workings in all aspects of dentistry. Amber and her husband Eric were both born and raised in Lewisville where they met in 6th grade. Amber and Eric married in 2020 and reside in Highland Village with their large blended family of 5 kids, Payton, Faith, Lynden, Carter, and Kylah. Amber spends her free time shuffling kids to their many activities and cheering them on. Amber is also a patient of Dr. Sankey. She had suffered jaw issues since childhood, having had double jaw surgery in her 20’s, she still suffered from chronic jaw pain. Dr. Sankey treated Amber with Invisalign and it vastly helped her TMJ issues and improved her smile.


Holly

Scheduling Coordinator

Dr. Sankey welcomed Holly to the team January of 2022. She has 22 years of prior dental assisting experience and is loving her new role as Scheduling Coordinator. Her assisting experience helps her run a smooth schedule for the office and is a tremendous help answering calls for patients in need. “I feel very blessed to be part of this amazing orthodontic family.” Holly grew up in the Lubbock area where she met her husband Neal while he was attending Texas Tech University. They married in 2000 and welcomed their son Easton in 2005. Holly enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends. Most weekends you will find Holly at the baseball fields cheering on her son Easton.


LeighAnn

Orthodontic Assistant

LeighAnn joined the Flower Mound Orthodontics family in 2014 with 13 years of prior orthodontics experience. LeighAnn’s favorite part of her job is building patients’ self-esteem and helping to keep the patient educated through their treatment with our office. LeighAnn’s fun personality has made her a favorite with the patients and parents. She has earned the nickname Speedy Gonzales due to her efficient and super quick abilities. LeighAnn married her high school sweetheart Bryan in 2009. They have two young daughters Stella and Claire. In her spare time, LeighAnn enjoys shopping, a good hamburger, and cheering on the Dallas Mavericks.


Sherry

Orthodontic Assistant

Sherry joined the FMO family in May 2022, with over 20 years experience in orthodontics and 7 years experience in oral surgery.  She grew up in central Louisiana, married her husband Tim in 1994, and lived in West Virginia for 16 years. Along with their daughter Aletha, they relocated to Texas in 2010.

Sherry’s favorite part of  orthodontics is seeing the smile transformation from the beginning to the end of treatment. “It’s exciting when a patient, at the end of their treatment, looks back at the beginning photos and sees how much their smile has improved. I love being part of that happiness.”


Gina

Orthodontic Assistant

Gina joined our practice after moving here from California in the spring of 2022. She brings with her 20 years orthodontic experience and a pleasing, upbeat, positive personality. She has great communication skills and goes out of her way to encourage and motivate patients to achieve the best smile possible.  “I really love the Invisalign process. I see every day how the patients have an overall better experience and how great their teeth look!”

Gina has two daughters. She loves comedy, to travel, and is very into health and wellness.
